Meet Your Facilitator

Hello, beautiful souls!

I’m Jenna, a breathwork and connection facilitator. My journey with breath started in a pretty intense way—one afternoon I woke up with paralysis on the right side of my body. Initially, I faced a series of misdiagnoses and misunderstandings, leaving me feeling lost and frustrated. Amidst the chaos, I discovered the transformative power of intentional breathing. Overwhelmed by the anxiety and trauma that had consumed my life, I realized that I needed to restore balance in my nervous system in order to reclaim harmony within myself. This journey became a pivotal turning point, guiding me toward healing and renewal.

 

Breath is something we all do naturally, but when we turn it into a mindful practice, it can truly transform our existence. Now, it’s my heartfelt mission to help others discover this for themselves. Life seems to be moving faster every day, and many of us are struggling to find the space to connect with ourselves and build the resilience we need to tackle life’s challenges.
